Account & Data Deletion

You can delete your Tidal Trigger account and all data associated with it at any time. This page explains how, what is removed, and how long it takes.

How to request deletion

In the game (fastest): open the Menu → Delete account & data and confirm. Your account and cloud data are removed immediately.

By email: send a request to graffiticreatures@gmail.comfrom the email address linked to your account (or include your in-game leaderboard name). We will verify and delete your data within 30 days and confirm when it’s done.

What gets deleted

• Your account / sign-in identity (the anonymous, Google, Play Games, or Facebook user ID).
• Your cloud save — level progress, unlocked content, equipped cosmetics, and in-game credits.
• Your leaderboard entries — your public display name, scores, and the recorded run data behind them.
• Any name or email address received from your sign-in provider.

What we keep

After deletion we retain no personal data that identifies you. We may keep anonymous, aggregated statistics (for example total number of runs played) that cannot be linked back to you or your device.

On-device data

Settings and progress cached locally on your device are cleared when you uninstall the app, independently of the cloud deletion above.

Timeline

• In-game deletion: immediate.
• Email request: within 30 days of a verified request.
